These Benchie Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to the website that post a link to these Terms of Use. Benchie is referred in these Terms of Use as "Benchie", "service", "we" or "our." "You," "your" and "user" refer to any person or entity using Benchie.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the services, regardless of how you access them, whether by computer, mobile device, or otherwise; and whether directly through our Services, or through any third-party website that links to them ("Linked Services"), and regardless of whether you are a registered user or a guest. By using the services, you agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use the services and you must cease all such use immediately.

Benchie provides hiring consulting on the paid basis which means users have to pay our services according to the Pricing Policy. All attempts to avoid payments will be recognized as the rules violation and may lead to the account's removal.

We charge only for access to contacts which means once paid contacts are available forever. You are free to collect and store paid contacts for your purposes if they do not violate any state laws and orders.

We do not guarantee a successful hire and do not return your payment in case of failed negotiations.

Benchie is not responsible for the results of the collaboration between listed developers and hirer. You collaborate in your own risk and have no right to complain to us in case of any damage done by the hired Benchie users.

We play no impact on the salary of the users hired with Benchies. We also are not responsible terms and amount of payment for the work performed.

In case of any questions or complaints, please contact us.

We will compensate for payment for our services if it was disclosed that a developer placed false information on the profile. In this case, please let us know via the contact form or email to get your payment returned. Please, support your claim with proof of an interview in which this fact was disclosed (eg. a photo).
